International Day – People with Disabilities
Conference regarding the rights of people with disabilities, to celebrate their international day. This is an international commemoration promoted by the United Nations since 1998 whose main goal is to promote a greater understanding of the issues concerning disability and to stimulate the dignity defense, the rights and well-being of disabled people. It also seeks to raise awareness of the benefits brought by the integration of people with disabilities in every spectrum of the political, social, economic and cultural life.
