“Bichos” (Beasts)
Choreographed by Rui Lopes Graça, it’s a show based on Miguel Torga’s novel with the same name, which questions about societies and men’s own existence.
Humanized animals or maybe humans almost animalized, the beasts fight among themselves, with their nature and the divine.
Different among themselves in their particularities, these beasts are part of the same Noah’s Ark; farm and mother land, where all of them walk the path of equality and liberty.
A show where the human dilemmas are shared by people and animals, in a space where the man is nothing more than a beast among others, holding no kind of privilegie.
