This edition’s programme includes speakers coming from the whole country representing about ten organizatios. The main goal of the morning panel is to talk about the challenges to the homeless population and to learn from the experience that these organizations have with these people. In the afternoon there will be a debate about the situation in Funchal regarding homelessness and the initiatives put forth by City Hall throughout the years.
