“Vertical” com Sofia Neuparth
Born in Lisbon in 1962, she trained in classical dance with Master Tony Hulbert and started her career as a teacher at the age of 18, while studying philosophy, anatomy and physiology. She taught Classical Dance, Experiential Anatomy and Physiology for a bigger understanding of the functioning of the body in motion.
“Corpo dinâmico” com Peter Michael Dietz
Peter Michael Dietz was born in Denmark. He is a performer, dancer, someone who moves, creator, designer, mentor, choreographer and teacher. He studied in the European Dance Development Center (EDDC), where he experienced the most varied techniques and dance forms, such as release technique and contact improvisation.
He worked with various institutions in Portugal and Brazil, as well as in different areas of Europe since 1989. He works and researches in “C.E.M. – Center in Motion’’, directed by Sofia Neuparth.
“Escrita-Baile” com Margarida Agostinho
With a degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE, Margarida Agostinho integrates the heart of C.E.M. since the beginning of 2000, where she is an artistic manager and researcher in body and writing. For several years, she has been interested in knowledge and the importance that the body has in that act, which led her to the field of Perceptive Psychopedagogy, an area of study which questions
what the body perceives, that in its own movement generates and integrates knowledge and relates with the surrounding environment
